Coaching Services
$800/month or $3000 / 6 months
Our primary offering, comprehensive spiritual life coaching services includes an integrated approach to healing the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic bodies to design a meaningful and fulfilling life. Together, we will identify areas of focus and work to first heal past traumas and energetic blockages bodies prior to moving on to life purpose and design. Our Founder, Alyson (Aly) Paris is certified in multiple modalities, including intuitive energy healing and non-therapeutic hypnosis, which will be incorporated as appropriate. Learn more about Aly here. Coaching package typically includes biweekly one-on-one sessions, independent work, and guided meditations. Recommended three-month minimum.
Hypnosis
$350
Non-therapeutic hypnosis services include current-, past, and / or intra-life regression. Aly will schedule an introductory session to understand your objectives and to prepare questions in advance of the non-therapeutic hypnosis session, which will be held via zoom. She will also will assign and monitor follow-up / integration activities as appropriate.
Akashic Records
$250
Akashic records are a comprehensive repository of every thought, word, and deed of every being – a record of each soul’s journey. Accessing the Records can assist in understanding one’s soul purpose. Aly will schedule an introductory session to understand your objectives and prepare questions in advance of the session. The session itself will consist of a guided meditation. She will also assign and monitor follow-up / integration activities as appropriate.
Intuitive Energy Healing
$225/session (approx 60 min)
Our bodies carry the imprint of the trauma we have experienced throughout our lives. Each session will begin with discussion of key issue areas, followed by guided meditation and energy healing.
